The past two weeks I must have gotten a total of 9-12 hours asleep..
I keeping having terrible nightmares and when I try to sleep I start having anxiety attacks thinking about sleeping and having another nightmare..
I’m running off coffee and sodas at this point.. My heads pound so much on a daily basis now..
I wanna talk to a doctor about it, but I know that leads to medicines and all psych meds make me feel terrible (nausea, light headed, I feel like I’m in a fog, or not even in my body)
I just want sleep!
